Business contacts and partner search

We offer business trips to potential business partners in Finland or in Russia. The process of arranging a business trip includes selection of potential clients, provision of short information about each company, selecting companies suitable for visits, preliminary negotiations with the selected companies, preparation of the visit programme, accompanying the client to the visited companies (if needed).

Market Contacts

The client is introduced to the Russian companies relevant to his business interest, and is supplied with the information about their representatives, products and markets. The aim is for the client to find suitable business contacts. The service includes selection of several (up to 10) companies in the local market, which could become potential clients/ partners for the client; providing the client with brief information about the selected companies; arranging agreeing at least 3 meetings with the potential partners/ clients at the client's choice. If requested by the client, a business visit can be arranged to the selected companies (see "Business visits to Russia and Finland"), otherwise the client cares for visiting/ contacting the selected companies himself/ herself.

Total number of matchmaking events arranged since 2004 - 10.

A disquisition can be done about the criminal record of potential partners, ownership and financial situation of the companies.

Arrangement of seminars, workshops, roundtables and other public events

The service can be rented either in the framework of a bigger project or as a separate activity. The client is provided with the following: premises for the event, necessary equipment, coffee-breaks, lunches, translation/ interpretation services, hand-outs (if needed), and administrative services. MNP can also assist in searching for participants for the event both from Russia and/or from Finland. Accommodation and transportation services as well as the cultural program can be arranged if needed. The budget of the event (even if not too high, like e.g. in EU projects) does not limit the quality of the arrangement.

Total number of public events with the number of participants from 10 up to 200 - 24 (since 2005).

Additional Services

In case the client needs assistance in travel arrangements and/ or does not wish to use the services of a travel agency, OOO MNP can also arrange accommodation, transportation, interpreter/translator (Rus-Fin, Eng-Fin, Eng-Rus) and other additional support services for him.
