Financial management
This implies: control over financial project implementation; financial reporting; tax management of grants and eliminating the losses due to taxes; competent implementation of modifications to the budget; advice on and/ or implementation of tendering procedures for purchasing equipment and works/ services. The service may include also provision of a foreign currency account to receive the EU project grant.
Project administrative support
The Company can arrange implementation of everyday project tasks; current reporting and communication with project partners; arrangement of meetings, seminars, etc.
